The fourth Comic Anthology collection of the Don't Toy With Me, Miss Nagatoro manga series is a standalone anthology published on April 24, 2021, by Ichijinsha[1], a subsidiary of Kodansha, the publisher of the main series.
The anthology consists of 14 short stories made by 14 different authors with Haiba Nemumi also making the cover. The authors of the thirteen other short stories are Asato Arato, INU, Ogushi Aritomo, Okinaga Umanosuke, Kimidori Hana, Kurou, Zeroyon, fu-ta, Magokoro Kurage, Manno, Mizumi, Mozu, and Yuichi.

1. Okinaga Umanosuke:
Nagatoro asked Senpai for a sip of the juice he was drinking, accidentally causing it to spill on the boy's hair. Feeling guilty, she asked him to strip, made him a shampoo, and dry him with a hair dryer, all while wearing nothing but her swimsuit. After Nagatoro teased him, Senpai told her that having her standing behind him scared him, so she decided to stand in the front, sitting on his lap, thus freaking him out and causing him to run off in the corridor, scaring some girls. That night, Nagatoro has a sleepover with her friends and, while taking a bath with them, she felt Senpai's scent on her, while at his home, the boy felt hers; they both thought it was a waste to wash it off.
2. Kimidori Hana:
Senpai was sent to the kombini by his mother on a day off and, walking back home, met Nagatoro and commented how different it felt seeing her in casual clothes, to which she teased him asking what he liked about girl clothes. Nagatoro guessed he has a thing for short skirts, right before a gust of wind lifted it right in front of the boy; Senpai panicked but Nagatoro quickly revealed she was wearing shorts underneath. Then, before they part ways, she told him to try to dress up more as he can't know when a casual meeting like that can happen.
3. Mozu:
Nagatoro stormed inside the art club room with the same body type as the President and immediately started bragging about it with Senpai, stripping at first to her swimsuit and then totally naked; after the girl rubbed herself on Senpai asking him to feel every inch of her body, the boy woke up in a panic screaming that the old Nagatoro was better. He soon discovered that the girl was there taking pictures of him with her phone, sporting a satisfied expression.
4. Haiba Nemumi:
On a hot day. while hanging out in the art club, Gamo-chan, Yoshi, and Sakura decided to take off their socks and made fun of Senpai after he believed they were about to strip out of their uniforms. In order not to listen to them, he got out of the room and met Nagatoro in the corridor; when she found out her friends were there with him, the girl gets jealous but then correctly guesses what happened and mocked him saying that he would have been excited by her if she was in the room instead of them. The boy denied and she started to reply something but then, noticing her friends were listening, she simply called him "gross".
5. Ogushi Aritomo:
Senpai drew a new chapter of his manga in which the President's character fights Nagatoro's due to not wanting her to join their party; however, while reading it in the art club room the real President came in and saw it. Angered at the boy for having drawn her with breasts a cup smaller, she strips down to her underwear and ordered him to watch her body more carefully; however seeing the boy's discomfort, she lied, saying she was merely joking and commented that if "his girlfriend" would have seen her stripping it would have created a major misunderstanding.
6. fu-ta:
Nagatoro asked Senpai what he does with the fruits after he paints them and when he answers that he eats them she mocked him asking if he would have eaten her too, yet she offered to be his model and got angered when he refused out of embarrassment. She then asked him to make a picture of her while she was wearing knee stockings, however, due to the emphasis that the girl has put on said article of clothing, he found himself unable to draw her legs, thus getting discouraged and admitting his defeat after she teased him. However, in pushing her away, the boy eventually made her fall and grabbed her just in time to keep her from hitting the ground, but inadvertently touched her thighs and butt. After a moment of embarrassment, the girl asked to fondle him as payback, right at the moment when Gamo-chan and Yoshi entered the room.
7. Zeroyon:
Not finding Senpai in his club room, Nagatoro looked for him and eventually found the boy with Yoshi. Asking for an explanation, he answered that they were "going out". Heartbroken, Nagatoro started to cry and it was at that point Gamo-chan appeared and revealed to her that it was just a prank. Blushing, the girl commented she knew it from the start.
8. Yuichi:
Gamo-chan and Yoshi challenged Senpai at the "I Love You Game", in which a player has to proclaim love to the other and the first one to be embarrassed or laugh loses. The boy managed to say it to both Yoshi and Gamo-chan, however, after Nagatoro came in he blushed after saying it to her, thus losing the game. However, while walking back into class with her friends, thinking back to Senpai's words, Nagatoro blushed as well.
9. INU:
Tired of watching Senpai draw, Nagatoro started mocking his posture and decided to give him a massage to "fix it". However, the massage ended up getting the boy aroused due to Nagatoro's touch and feeling her body. After she turned to the front, inadvertently touching his groin, she felt he had an erection accusing him of being a "pervert", albeit smiling.
10. Kurou:
Nagatoro caught Senpai reading a manga about a boy being pampered by his big sister and accused him to have said fetish, mockingly asking if he wanted to be breastfed by her; after he calmly said no the girl guessed it was due to her bust size, and got offended so after he stumbled and fell on her lap, she teased him for how red he is accusing him to be a "pathetic baby" until he started to cry, then she quickly said she was sorry. That evening she texted him, calling him a "pervert" anyway.
11. Asato Arato:
Gamo-chan and Yoshi gave Senpai a present box asking him to give it to Nagatoro in their place, which he did. Unbeknown to him, the present was a string bikini, leading Nagatoro to believe it was Senpai's way to ask her out on a beach date, so the following day she told him she enjoyed the present so much she was wearing it underneath her uniform and even stripped to show it to him. Blushing, the boy explained the misunderstanding leading her to get sad about the beach date, however, hearing that, the boy quickly asked her if she wanted to go to the beach, causing Gamo-chan and Yoshi to decide to join them.
12. Magokoro Kurage:
Nagatoro scared Senpai with a roar, pretending to be a zombie, and then teased him for how scared he was; then she talked about a new zombie movie she saw, in which the boy was very poorly interested. Nagatoro tried to intrigue him with the zombie topic by explaining the tragedy of being forced to kill a friend after they turn into a zombie, causing the boy to ask her what would she do if it happened to him, causing the girl to admit she won't even imagine being forced to destroy him.
13. Manno:
After Nagatoro told her friends how much Senpai enjoyed getting squeezed, both Gamo-chan and Yoshi decided to try it, however after a little while the girl get jealous, and attempted to stop them causing a sort of battle with Gamo-chan in which one tried to squeeze a body part of Senpai before the other did the same. All of a sudden the President entered the room and, seeing Senpai's expression, asked the girls to squeeze her too in order to allow her to gain artistic catharsis. However, the boy stumbled and involuntarily ends up groping the President's breast, much to Nagatoro's anger.
14. Mizumi:
After Nagatoro made him cry for the umpteenth time, Senpai tried several ways to calm his mind, thus after entering the room he didn't notice Nagatoro was already there, leading the girl to think he ignored her as he was mad at her. The two got nervous and remained silent for a long time, trying to decide what to say or understand what the other was thinking, until a pencil fell to the ground and, trying to catch it, they found themself extremely close to each other's faces. Right at that moment Gamo-chan came in and took pictures with her phone, causing Nagatoro to run after her.

- This is the first Nagatoro anthology collection to not be released as a booklet that was published by Kodansha as a bundle with a special edition of a main series volume
- It didn't contain at least one illustration made by Nanashi, unlike the other anthology collections.
